The NCryptoki runtime is composed by NCryptoki.dll
Redistributing NCryptoki means redistribute such dll.
Register the above dll in the GAC by gacutil or by mygacutil that you can find in the SDK root. To use mygacutil type:
mygacutil -gac NCryptoki.dll
